Nima Shahian

Founder and Managing Partner

Nima is a Founder, Partner and Member of Trousdale’s Investment Committee, where he is involved in all aspects of firm oversight, strategic direction, deal origination, investment activity and operational execution. Nima brings tremendous experience to Trousdale from his significant involvement in over 20+ growth equity investments, acquisitions and divestitures over the course of his career and his broad-based experience helping establish his former firm.

Prior to founding Trousdale, Nima helped build Arrowroot Capital, where he originated and led investments in software and technology-enabled services businesses. Prior thereto, Nima worked with Lazard in their Mergers & Acquisitions advisory group.

Nima holds a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

ALEXANDER SCHIFTER

Vice President

Alex is a Vice President and early member of the Trousdale team. He has over 5 years of technology-focused M&A advisory experience. At Trousdale, Alex is involved in deal origination, investment activity and operational execution. He has worked on 20+ private and public technology company M&A and capital raise mandates.

Prior to joining Trousdale, Alex originated and executed enterprise software and technology-enabled services deals at NYC-based merchant banking advisory firm Pharus Advisors. Alex started his career at global boutique investment banking advisory firm AGC Partners in Boston.

Alex holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University. 

Leeron regev

Vice President

Leeron is a Vice President and early member of the Trousdale team. At Trousdale, Leeron is involved in deal origination, investment activity and operational execution. 

Prior to joining Trousdale, Leeron co-founded Pause, a B2B health & wellness platform focused on improving mental health across the enterprise. Leeron has also worked for several private equity investment firms, including AEW Capital Management and Brookfield.    

Leeron holds a B.S. in Policy, Planning & Development from the University of Southern California.
